OPCA provides educational services that fosters healing and behaviors which encourage an appreciation of learning, and personal growth. OPCA is a great way for kids to get back on track and with all their technology from their network to a state-of-the-art phone system powered by Clearwave Solutions they can bet on reliability.

OPCA had special requirements when Clearwave Solutions came on board, the most important being time. It was imperative that all systems be functional in one week as school was opening. Even with the tight schedule Clearwave Solutions was able to design, install, and setup all aspects of their computer and telephone network.

Another requirement is that the OPCA’s budget did not allow for a full-time IT personal. We then designed the network to be remotely monitored and controlled by our central server. This allows us to completely diagnose and solve issues quickly. Although network problems are rare on our systems when they do happen our engineers are prepared.
